Yvan Salamon has spent over 20 years managing and being directly involved in projects to optimize operations performance (costs, cash flow), manufacturing, and logistics strategies in the Manufacturing and Retail sectors. Prior to founding the Argon Group, Yvan was a board member at Hays Logistics Group (Kuehne & Nagel), where he was responsible for methods and organization. Before that, he worked at CGC as Plant Manager and at Mars & Co in strategic consulting. Yvan is a graduate of Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, France.

Over 20 years’ consulting experience, Jean-François Laget is an expert in competitive advantage programs, with a focus on the performance of the operations chain, in the Manufacturing (automotive, aerospace & defence, rolling stock, materials…), Life Sciences, and Luxury Goods sectors. Prior to joining Argon & Co, Jean-François was in charge of the Industry & Life Sciences sector at Capgemini Consulting, where he was also a member of the Board of Directors. Before that, he started in strategy consulting at CVA, then he co-founded Hemeria, a consulting firm specialising in operations performance, which later merged with Oliver Wyman. Yannick leads our Sustainability expertise. He helps our clients turn sustainability into a competitive advantage by building transformations that work. He has been practicing sustainable transformations for more than 20 years. Yannick has been a top executive in Retail and e-commerce: he led the Consumer goods businesses at Amazon in France and at Groupe Casino. He scaled up disruptive projects to improve the quality of what we eat – as an example, by being the first retailer worldwide to eliminate palm oil from private label products – and to reduce the carbon footprint of food shopping. As an entrepreneur, Yannick scaled up an organic and veggie food startup that became a market pioneer in sustainability. Yannick is also a seasoned consultant: he practiced strategy at McKinsey & Company in his first 7 years in business, and at his own food innovation consultancy for 5 years. He graduated from HEC Paris and from the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS).
